Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 are packed the same or next business day. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Rates
- United States: $6 flat, free over $150
- International: $18 flat, tracked
Delivery is typically 3–6 business days domestically and 5–9 business days internationally. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Email hello@backermeta.top with your order number and we will send the return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
Exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange flow: return the item for a refund and place a new order. It is faster and you get the size you want before it sells out.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
