Before you write
Sizing. Each product page carries a size table with chest, waist and hip measurements in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for outerwear and the smaller one for knitwear.
Order status. You can track an order from your account or from the shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not moved in five days, tell us and we will chase the carrier.
Returns. Start a return by emailing your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Unworn items with tags on can come back within 30 days.
Wholesale and press. Same address, put “wholesale” or “press” in the subject line.
Response times
Monday to Friday, usually within a few hours. Weekends are slower — we are a small team.
