Backermeta (“we”, “us”) sells clothing through this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected through server logs and — only if you accept — analytics cookies.
- Marketing data: your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, answer support email, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you subscribed, to send occasional product emails — you can unsubscribe from any of them.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier (delivery), our email provider (order notifications and newsletter), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Server logs for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@backermeta.top and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to keep your cart and your session working. Analytics cookies are optional and only load if you accept them.
