These terms apply to every order placed on backermeta.top.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel that part of the order and refund it in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax where we are required to collect it. Shipping is added at checkout. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We do not store card details.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will open a carrier claim and either replace or refund the order.
Returns
30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags. See Shipping & returns for the full process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Backermeta. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods we sell. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
